Job summary

Mobile Medical seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to deliver primary care in patients' homes with a balance of telehealth visits. You will autonomously build and manage your daily schedule, see patients one-on-one, and form lasting relationships within the community.

The role emphasizes independence, relationship-based care, and flexibility with a mix of in-person and telehealth visits to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited NP program.
• National Board Certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain.
• Current Professional Liability Insurance.
• Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: Primary Care, Home Health experience.

EARNING POTENTIAL

$100,000–$110,000 annual base salary

Compensation is based on 40 visits per week, with additional incentives for visits above 40 per week and opportunities to increase earnings through the mix of telehealth and in-person visits. Average NP earnings are approximately $154,000 annually, based on additional visit incentives and productivity. This gives you the opportunity to choose the pace and schedule that works best for you while having a clear path to additional earnings.

THE ROLE

As a Mobile Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients in their homes and through telehealth visits. You'll manage patients across the continuum of care while developing long-term relationships with individuals and families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and preventive care
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
• Support preventive care and population health initiatives
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and caregivers

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National Board Certification as:
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
  • Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• Current DEA Registration or ability to obtain
• Current Professional Liability Insurance
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
