Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Full Time position in the Family Medicine practice located in Concordville, PA.

You will diagnose and treat patients in collaboration with physicians and the health care team, and play a key role in quality improvement and patient outcomes. This role requires MSN and an active NP license, with preferred Family Medicine experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience, with preferred in Family Medicine or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.
• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnoses and prescribe treatments in collaboration with attending physicians and residents.
• Lead quality and evidence-based care initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Position:

Nurse Practitioner, NP - Family Medicine

Shift:

Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift. No weekends or Holidays!

Experience:

Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience required, with preferred in Family Medicine or related field

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.

Education:

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
