Job summary

Main Line Health in Concordville, PA seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our Family Medicine team. This Full Time role involves diagnosing, treating, and coordinating care with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 yearly, up to 240 hours of PTO annually, and free employee parking. Monday–Friday, 8-hour days; no weekends or holidays. NP with 3+ years in family medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
• MSN Required.
• Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
• Minimum 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat in collaboration with attending physicians and residents.
• Prescribe medical therapies and interventions.
• Lead quality and evidence-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to credentialing and privileging processes with MLH Medical Staff.

Position:

Nurse Practitioner, NP - Family Medicine

Shift:

Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift. No weekends or Holidays!

Experience:

Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience required, with preferred in Family Medicine or related field

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred.

Education:

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
