Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a primary care outpatient role in Tulsa, OK. Start ASAP. You will care for seniors with 3–5 complex conditions in a value-based model, seeing about 10–12 patients daily, with a panel up to 650 and a Monday–Friday 8a–5p schedule.

Salary includes a base of $130,000 plus up to 10% annual bonus, with full health/vision/dental and family options, PTO, holidays, paid parental leave, and tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, board certified, licensed in the US.
• 2+ years of Primary Care Outpatient experience.
• Geriatrics experience required.
• Current DEA registration and unrestricted medical license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care outpatient services to seniors.
• Collaborate with MA/scheduler/referral staff and leadership.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8a–5p in a value-based care setting.

COMPENSATION: TOTAL Potential $143,000+ Full Benefits

Role:

• Compensation: Base $130,000 + up to 10% of base salary in bonus'
• Primary Care - Outpatient
• Start date: ASAP
• Value Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Max of 650
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call Schedule: Based on number of providers in the market (if 32 physicians in market-call 1:32wks)
• Nurse Practitioners have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner, board certified

• Proficient PC skills in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care - REQUIRED
