Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care role focused on geriatrics. Start ASAP with a strong base salary and additional bonuses. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a nurse-led care team to support senior patients with multiple chronic conditions.

Shifts are Monday-Friday 8a-5p, with a focus on improving health outcomes, quality of life, and patient satisfaction in a community clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• 2+ years of primary care outpatient experience.
• Geriatrics experience required.
• Current, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care outpatient services to seniors with complex conditions.
• Perform procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care).
• Contribute to value-based care initiatives and patient satisfaction.

COMPENSATION: TOTAL Potential $143,000+ Full Benefits

Role:

• Compensation: Base $130,000 + up to 10% of base salary in bonus'
• Primary Care - Outpatient
• Start date: ASAP
• Value Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Max of 650
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call Schedule: Based on number of providers in the market (if 32 physicians in market-call 1:32wks)
• Nurse Practitioners have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner, board certified
• 2+ years of Primary Care Outpatient Experience
• Geriatrics experience
• Current, unrestricted, active license to practice medicine
• Current DEA registration
• Proficient PC skills in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care - REQUIRED
