Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care role serving seniors with 3-5 complex diseases. Base salary is $130,000 plus up to 10% in bonuses, with a total compensation potential of $143,000+ and full benefits.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with a dedicated care team, MA support, and leadership backing. Requirements include active NP license, DEA registration, and proficiency with procedures such as suturing and injections.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, board certified.
• 2+ years of Primary Care outpatient experience.
• Geriatrics experience.
• Current, unrestricted, active license to practice medicine.
• Current DEA registration.
• Proficient PC skills in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care.

Role

• Compensation: Base $130,000 + up to 10% of base salary in bonus’
• Primary Care – Outpatient
• Start date: ASAP
• Value Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
• Average patients per day: 10-12
• Panel size: Max of 650
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Call Schedule: Based on number of providers in the market (if 32 physicians in market–call 1:32wks)
• Nurse Practitioners have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership
