Job summary

Berger Health System in Ohio is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (APP) including PA and APRN roles to work in outpatient primary care settings in collaboration with a physician.

The APP will practice under a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA), provide high-quality patient care within state laws, and participate in safety and efficiency initiatives. This is a full-time position with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field required.
• Active APRN license for Ohio and national certifications.
• Supervision Agreement/Standard Care Arrangement with physician.

Responsibilities

• Works under direction and in consultation with physician in outpatient primary care.
• Collaborates with the care team to promote quality outcomes and safety.
• May perform minimally invasive procedures and use Telehealth as appropriate.
• Ensures practice adheres to state laws and delineation of privileges.
