Berger Health System in Ohio seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP/CNS/NP) to join our outpatient cardiology team, caring for acute and chronically ill patients under physician supervision. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency within a High Reliability Organization.

A Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician, and valid Ohio APRN/PA licensure and certification, are required.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Nursing (APRN) required.
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies required.
• Active APRN/PA license in Ohio.

Responsabilidades

• Outpatient cardiology care for acute and chronic patients under physician supervision.
• Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives within the team.
