Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/APRN/CNS/NP) to join its hospitalist medicine inpatient service in Columbus. The role collaborates with physicians to care for acutely and chronically ill patients, with potential to perform procedures within scope and privileges.

Applicants must hold AANP/APRN credentials and Ohio licensure (NCCPA for PAs). Compliance with SA/SCA and hospital policies is required.

Qualifications

  • AANP Certification and APRN licensure in Ohio are required.
  • NCCPA certification and PA licensure in Ohio preferred.
  • Must practice under SA/SCA with physician and comply with state laws.

Responsibilities

May perform minimally invasive procedures and requires a high level of independent clinical decision-making.Responsibilities And Duties:Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician and may perform services authorized by the supervising/collaborating physician that are part of the physician's normal course of practice and expertise. Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives. Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
