Job summary

Northwest Physicians Group in Amarillo, TX seeks a Nurse Practitioner to oversee patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a large hospital system network. The role requires TX NP licensure, RN background, and clinical experience in relevant specialties.

The position emphasizes adherence to Medical Staff Bylaws, patient-centered care, and participation in service excellence initiatives across affiliated facilities within the Northwest Texas Healthcare System network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Current Adult Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Texas.
• Minimum of 12 months of current nursing practice in the specialty.
• Knowledge of Medical Staff Bylaws, Rule and Regulations.
• BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements (if applicable)
