Job summary
Lifekind Health in Tucson, AZ, is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our UTC-based care team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for chronic pain patients within a transdisciplinary team, delivering integrated medical, behavioral, and lifestyle support.

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in AZ.
- Board Certification required.
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- At least 1 year NP/PA experience preferred.
- Experience in pain management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage chronic pain as part of comprehensive care plans.
- Collaborate with pain management specialists and other providers to develop multimodal strategies.
- Perform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed.
- Educate patients on safe pain management, opioid stewardship, and self-management.
- Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function and outcomes.
- Deliver holistic care within a transdisciplinary UTC model with the team.
