Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide fully remote, ongoing care for women’s midlife health clients across the United States. You will manage perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and related health concerns, prescribing HRT and evaluating pharmacologic options with autonomy.

The role supports full patient panels, with schedule flexibility between 7:00 am–7:00 pm in patient local time, and a strong emphasis on evidence-based, relationship-based care.

Qualifications

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• DEA license (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and evaluate pharmacologic weight management options.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions every day and maintain ongoing patient relationships.

Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location

Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone

THE ROLE

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required.
