A Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no call, no nights and no weekends, plus 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME and full benefits (health, dental, vision, and more).

The NP/PA will administer Provider-level direct patient care services within the Skilled Nursing facility.
