A Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients.
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No call, no nights and no weekends
- 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME

The primary purpose of the NP/PA is to administer Provider-level direct patient care services within the Skilled Nursing facility.
