Advocate Health Care in Downers Grove, IL seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN/NP) to join our clinical team. You will assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain thorough EMR documentation.

Requires active RN and APRN licenses in Illinois, national board certification, DEA registration, IL Controlled Substances license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. A Master’s in Nursing is required. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and determine treatment and management plans appropriate for age and condition.
• Manage conditions based on evidence-based care and risk/benefit assessment.
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and escalate care when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR and ensure compliant coding/billing.
