Job summary

Jersey Community Hospital in Illinois is seeking an experienced Advance Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive health care in collaboration with physicians and medical staff.

You will assess patients, interpret data, develop therapy plans, and ensure continuity of care while handling other duties as assigned. An IL RN license, APN certification, and CPR/ACLS are required, with a Master’s degree and several years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Certified Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Master’s Degree required.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
• Three years experience as an Advance Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive health care to patients in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial status via interview, history, examination, and tests.
• Interprets data, develops and implements therapeutic plans, and follows through in patient care.
• Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
