Job summary

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- MSN preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
- Current Ohio CNP/APRN license.
- Current DEA registration, if applicable to specialty.
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and preventive care.
- Promote wellness initiatives and preventive healthcare strategies.
- Build relationships with patients and serve as a trusted clinical resource.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EMR.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical guidelines.
