Sinai Internal Medicine Specialists in The Villages/Wildwood, FL seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage internal medicine cases, and develop individualized care plans with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult‑Gerontology NP (AGNP)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical exams and histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in internal medicine
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacologic treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists
