Job summary

MaxHealth, a busy internal medicine practice in Florida, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with internal medicine/primary care experience to join our team, Monday through Friday.

Under the Attending Physician, you will evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients, with EMR/EHR experience preferred. Base salary with potential for a performance-based bonus; we value strong work ethic, excellent communication, and an active Florida license.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active Florida license required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients under the Attending Physician.
• Establish treatment protocols and participate in care planning.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on patient response.
• Coordinate with Integrated Care Teams to ensure continuity of care.
