Job summary

MaxHealth's busy Internal Medicine practice in Venice, Florida is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Internal Medicine/Primary Care experience. The mid-level provider will evaluate, manage, and treat patients under the direction of the Attending Physician.

Base salary with potential for performance-based bonus; ideal candidates will have BLS/ACLS, active Florida license, strong communication, and EMR/EHR experience.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active Florida license.
• 2+ years of experience in Internal Medicine/Primary Care.
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients under the physician.
• Establish treatment protocols, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor care.
• Collaborate with Attending Physician and care teams.
