Vivo Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our ambulatory infusion center in North Haven, CT. The Advanced Practitioner will oversee infusion care delivered by nurses, create and maintain individualized care plans, and serve as the clinical liaison between referring physicians and the infusion center, using telehealth as needed.

The role emphasizes compliance with state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and company policies while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient

Formación

• Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner license in the state where service is provided.
• Two or more years of Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner experience required.
• ONC Certification preferred.
• Must have a current DEA license.
• Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and evaluates clinical information from referring physician offices and admits appropriate patients for infusion.
• Evaluates newly referred patients and develops initial plans of care.
• Monitors plans of care and makes necessary changes.
• Performs pertinent physical examinations and assesses findings for suitability for infusion.
• Reviews all lab reports provided by referring physician.
