Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking NPs for pre-scheduled, in-home assessments across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule with no required nights or weekends and work across multiple counties in your region.

A minimum commitment of 60 hours per month is requested. Compensation starts at $80 per completed assessment with tiered pay. 6–11 visits/day can yield $500–$1000 daily.

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
