Job summary
Your Health Organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve the Sumter area, delivering primary and acute care in homes, ALFs, ILFs, and clinics. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to assess, diagnose, and treat patients while developing individualized care plans.
Qualified candidates hold an SC NP license or higher, with a relevant specialty certification. Expect a salary-based role with potential monthly bonuses and a full-time schedule across multiple service
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in SC.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a specialty area.
- 2 years of experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technology.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients within your scope of practice.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in various settings such as homes, clinics, or facilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.
- Coordinate care and referrals with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
