Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner for the Geriatric and Internal Medicine Group at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. The APP will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, delivering patient-centered primary care.

The role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, pursuing certifications, and utilizing tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year.

Qualifications

• NP required with MSN from accredited program.
• Two years NP experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine or geriatric facilities.
• Minimum two years nursing experience in related clinical area.
• Ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary team.
• Licensure requirements; BLS preferred or as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in primary care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Split time between the Practice at Lankenau and geriatric facilities as described in the posting.
