Main Line Health’s Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner for the Geriatric and Internal Medicine Group. In this Primary Care role, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Two years NP experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine or geriatrics is preferred, with MSN required and NP program completion.

Qualifications

• Two years NP experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine, or geriatrics.
• Two years nursing experience in related clinical area preferred.
• Ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team.
• Lead quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and care coordination.
