Job summary

Accolades Physician Resources seeks a Nurse Practitioner for Adult Primary Care in the Philadelphia area. This outpatient role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no nights or weekends. You will work with a care team to manage adult patients with preventive and chronic care needs, with support from a scribe and medical assistant.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN, PA license in PA (or eligibility) and is Board Certified or Eligible. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required.
• PA license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities; Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; No nights or weekends.
• Support of scribe and medical assistant.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans.
• Patient volume: 13-16 patients per day.
• On-site labs and preventive screenings; occasional suturing/injections.

Overview

Mission driven primary care group adding to its team of 4 providers to reduce hospital stays in a value based care model

ROLE

• ' Outpatient primary care responsibilities only; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; No nights nor weekends
• ' New, state-of-the-art centers; welcoming patients with variety of acute or chronic conditions
• ' Support of scribe and medical assistant
• ' Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans
• ' Patient Volume: 13-16 a day
• ' Sees patients on avg. every 3 months (more if complex cases)
• ' Equipment at clinic: Labs on site with a phlebotomist
• ' Cases can periodically require Suturing, Joint Injections, Skin Biopsies but mainly Preventive Screenings

• ' Salary Range: $120-$140k + (Based on Experience)

YOU

• ' Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required
• ' Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• ' Ability to obtain/maintain license in Pennsylvania
• ' Preference for bilingual Spanish or medical Spanish to start
• ' Understanding of ICD-10
• ' Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
