AlignMed Partners in Point Pleasant, WV seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner for Majestic Care of Lakin Center. The APU delivers primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the center leadership and medical director.

The role requires NP with MSN, RN license, and geriatric/family focus, plus at least two years of adult or geriatric experience. A no-cap incentive program accompanies the base salary of $112,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with an NP certification and MSN.
• Current RN license and NP certification with Family or Geriatric focus.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Medical Director for patient care decisions.
