Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider for the New Martinsville Health & Rehabilitation Center in New Martinsville, WV. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers primary and urgent care services to nursing residents and collaboration with leadership and medical staff.
A Nursing/NP PA track with licensure is required. The role emphasizes geriatric care, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care with no on-call or weekend requirements, along with a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; licensed as an RN.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with MSN in Older Adult and/or FNP.
- PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; PA license + DEA in each practicing state.
- NCCPA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
- Contribute to AlignMed Partners mission of high-quality health care and compassion.
