Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for our New Martinsville Health & Rehabilitation Center in New Martinsville, WV. This full-time role provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with leadership and physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Base salary ranges from $106,500 to $118,000 per year with a no-cap incentive compensation program. The position requires at least 1 year of provider experience and a nursing/APP credentialing pathway.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program, licensed RN and certified as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• APRN with Older Adult/Family NP focus or equivalent required; PA with current license and DEA.
• Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborates with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
