American Family Care in Granada Hills, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team. The role requires CA licensure, FNP/ENP certification, and board certification.

You will provide care for all ages, perform minor procedures, and work a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. We offer a stable practice with pre-approved overtime, a predictable schedule, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k), and CME

• DEA Certificate required.

AFC Urgent Care is the leading Urgent Care brand with over 300 locations nationwide offering high quality patient-centered healthcare to our communities. Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week with lab and x-rays on-site. We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in Granada Hills, California.

• Typically 2 – 3 workdays per week, with 9 – 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtime
• Competitive Pay. Hourly Rate: $70-$82 with preapproved overtime pay.
• Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds.
• Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, 401(k), and CME reimbursement.

What does AFC Urgent Care require?

• An unrestricted medical license in California
• DEA Certificate
• FNP or ENP Certificate
• Must be AANP or ANCC Board Certified
• At least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting
• Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)
• Availability to work: day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Compensation: $70.00 - $82.00 per hour
