Job summary

Kaleida Health in Williamsville (Millard Fillmore Suburban) is seeking a Family NP/ANP for a temporary night shift (6:00 PM–7:00 AM) in the MFS Advanced Practice program. The NP will diagnose illnesses and provide therapies under physician supervision, following established protocols.

Required are NYS RN and NP licenses, CCNE/ACEN-accredited NP education, National NP certification, BLS/ACLS, DEA or eligibility, and a physician collaborative agreement.

Qualifications

• Completion of masters, post-masters or doctorate NP program accredited by CCNE or ACEN.
• Current active RN and NP license in NYS required.
• National NP certification required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• DEA or DEA eligible required.
• Agreement from appropriate physician to enter into a collaborative agreement.

Responsibilities

• Practice of registered professional nursing by a nurse practitioner in collaboration with a licensed physician, per written practice agreement and protocols.
• Provide diagnosis and therapeutic measures within a specialty, in collaboration with physician.
• Carry out duties per department protocols in the MFS Advanced Practice provider setting.
