Job summary

Piedmont Urgent Care seeks talented, patient-oriented Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners dedicated to exceptional customer service and uncompromising medical care across 70+ GA centers.

We offer a flexible 3-day/12-hour FT schedule (8am-8pm) with no overnights, 24-hour PT options, fully covered malpractice including tail, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Georgia
• Advanced degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Current DEA registration
• Experience with procedures including suturing and drainage of abscesses
• Experience reading diagnostic studies including x-rays and EKGs
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and implement high quality medical care with appropriate resource management for adults and children
• Deliver top-tier patient satisfaction and service standards
• Provide patient care in compliance with bylaws, policies, and procedures
• Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff
• Document services accurately and ensure appropriate communication for reimbursement
• Complete necessary documentation and facilitate patient care
• Participate in meetings and center operations
• Maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, or NALS) and pursue additional specialty training
• Report to Regional VP of Clinical Operations or ACOD
