Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a qualified Nurse Practitioner to provide provider-level health care and preventive services for ISNP Plan Members at Magnolia Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX. The NP will work within Texas BON scope, maintain documentation in EMR, and be available for on-call coverage.

Requirements include BSN, MSN, and current Board Certification, with TX RN/APN licensure and prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• BSN, MSN and current Board Certification are required.
• RN and APN/APRN licensure in Texas.
• Active Texas prescriptive authority and ongoing education requirements.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide provider-level health care delivery and preventive care for ISNP Plan Members.
• Maintain facility presence during regular hours (approx. 8:00am–5:00pm).
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuity of care.
• Review medications, orders and diagnostics and respond to abnormalities.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with facility staff.
