Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner in Bastrop, TX to provide provider-level care for ISNP members across assigned facilities. You will coordinate care with collaborating physicians, ensure timely documentation, and participate in a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with on-call rotation.

The NP will maintain Texas RN/APN licenses, holding an active prescriptive authority agreement and ongoing BON education to meet licensure requirements and deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN with current Board Certification.
• Licensed RN and APN/APRN in Texas.
• Active Texas prescriptive authority agreement and ongoing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism reflecting organizational mission and facilities.
• Attend daily morning meetings in facilities.
• Provide provider-level care within BON scope and prescriptive authority.
• Respond to Compliance requests.
• Coordinate care for ISNP Plan Members.
• Deliver proactive preventive and chronic care.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Document in Electronic Medical Record daily.
• Maintain Medical Malpractice Insurance.
