Job summary

Nurse-Practitioner-Services-of-Texa is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide provider-level care, coordinate care for ISNP members, and support facilities during regular hours with on-call rotation. The NP will document in EMR systems, review orders, and educate patients and families while aligning with the Texas Board of Nursing standards.

Qualified candidates hold an RN and APN/APRN license in Texas, with prescriptive authority agreements and current board certification.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN with current board certification as an NP.
• Licensed RN and APN/APRN in Texas with prescriptive authority agreements.
• Active Texas RN and APRN licenses with ongoing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide provider-level health care delivery and preventive care management for ISNP Plan Members.
• Educate Plan Members and their families and collaborate with facility staff.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and maintain documentation in EMR systems.
• Review medications and orders, respond to abnormalities within scope of practice.
