Qualifications

• Current NP licensure in the practicing state.

• Board certification as ACHPN preferred.
• Experience with performance improvement initiatives.
• Proficient with EMR and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Assumes NP Clinical Lead responsibilities with 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative duties.
• Collaborates with physicians; participates in on-call schedule as required.
• Ensures accurate documentation in EMR and coordination of care.
• Supports staff education and orientation; provides clinical leadership within region.
