The full-time Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant will provide extensive OB/GYN or Women's Health experience to a busy MFM practice. The candidate must be able to perform general health assessments, OB assessments, and physical examinations on low-and high-risk OB patients and fetuses. They should also manage maternal-fetal complications according to protocol and provide appropriate prenatal and postpartum education and management for women with low-and high-risk pregnancies. Additionally, the practitioner must collaborate with other healthcare professionals on high-risk OB patients and function as an essential member of the Perinatology team. The MFM Practitioner would work directly with and under the guidance of the Perinatologist in an outpatient office setting. The practitioner must also be credentialed with Georgia Medicaid.
