Job summary

AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, invites a Nurse Practitioner to join our Nashville clinic on a contract, hybrid-flexible schedule. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, autonomously managing patient recovery pathways while collaborating with an experienced, multidisciplinary team to reduce barriers and monitor progress.

We value clinicians who bring MAT/addiction medicine experience, TN licensure, and board certification.

Qualifications

MAT/addiction medicine experience preferred.
Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Tennessee (TN) required.
Board certification (ANCC or AANP); addiction medicine certification or training preferred.
Drug rehabilitation training and clinical knowledge preferred.
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to interact compassionately with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and design treatment plans for recovery and mental health disorders.
Document and track patient milestones, adjusting care plans with clinic leadership.
Counsel patients on treatment journey and provide health education on medication management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and patient progress.
