Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure in Tennessee for PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C.
• DEA license active or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months experience as PMHNP or Psych PA.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management.
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.

Role Overview

• Full-time (5-days per week)
• Within Monday to Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Coverage area includes Rocky Top, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated compensation range of $135,537 to $160,643 annually with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k). Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
