Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C for a full-time role in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. This position offers clinical autonomy, on-site rounding with remote documentation, and strong organizational support across post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders in older adults, prescribing psychotropic medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across care settings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C license.
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain.
• New grads accepted.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

Coverage area includes: Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, Indiana

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated compensation range of $143,542 - $170,250 annually with no cap on productivity income

• Base salary plus productivity
• W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
