Job summary

TeamHealth is seeking a part-time PMHNP or Psychiatric PA to support elder care in Jesup, Georgia. The role requires one day per week, with no night or weekend commitments, and an onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation.

• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain.
• 6+ months experience as PMHNP or Psych PA.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns.
• Provide brief interventions and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.

Role Overview

• Part-time (1 day per week) within Monday - Friday

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $28,610 - $34,332 annually with no cap on productivity income.
