Job summary

Premise Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide patient care at the Health Center in Pampa, Texas. This is a full-time, project-based role with an anticipated duration of ~3 years, depending on completion.

You will conduct exams, perform procedures, and develop care plans while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of records.

Qualifications

• Active RN and NP licenses for practicing in Texas.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP).
• Prescriptive authority where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Provides care in ambulatory setting and collaborates with physicians.
• Develops patient care plans and records progress.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Prescribes medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Maintains patient health records with up-to-date documentation.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
