CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, equitable primary care to adult Medicare patients in an outpatient setting.

You will conduct office visits for routine and acute issues, administer wellness visits, coordinate care with specialists, educate patients, and contribute to population health initiatives within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• National certification in FNP/ANP/GNP is required.
• Active state license and DEA registration are required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Bilingual skills and primary care experience are preferred.

Job description
