Responsibilities include ordering tests, prescribing therapies, and educating patients to support prevention and wellness. This position emphasizes accurate EMR documentation, coordinated care, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Licensure: Active RN and APRN licenses in practice states and national board certification.
• DEA registration as required by practice, prior to or within 6 months of hire.
• Illinois license if practicing in Illinois, prior to hire.
• CPR/BLS and/or ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by practice prior to or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans based on age and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies and pharmacologic/non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and refer when needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliant coding/billing.
• Promote coordinated care and clear communication among healthcare team and agencies.
• Perform procedures within scope and privileges.
• Participate in quality, safety, and peer-review activities.
