Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opening – Northern California

• FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their mission-driven team
• Base salary range: $131,040 – $170,352 annually, dependent on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities
• Schedule: 3 patients per hour (20 minute slots) to include tele, admin time
• EMR: EPIC
• Inbox management: efficient and express ability to prioritize and manage
• Serve a diverse, underserved population in a collaborative community health center setting
• Work closely with physicians and integrated care teams to manage and coordinate patient care
• Established model with behavioral health, dental, and care coordination services on-site
• Robust benefits package including 403B with 4% match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, CME, malpractice with tail, and tuition reimbursement
• Eligible site for NHSC State Loan Repayment Program
• Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto highly preferred
