Using a unique care model, Vori connects patients to a trained care team including a nonoperative musculoskeletal physician or nurse practitioner, physical therapist, health coach, and registered dietitian, who manage initial assessments and coordinate care. Role Overview
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience. The NP may assist in developing and refining clinical workflows, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do

1. Contribute to Vori’s mission to empower humanity to lead a healthier life.
2. Collaborate with diverse care providers to guide patients through triage, diagnosis, and treatment via telehealth platforms including video, text, and digital communication.
3. Provide medical and wellness education, diagnose and treat patients remotely, recommend treatment plans, and assist in care coordination and visit planning.
4. Deliver exceptional telehealth experiences with evidence-based, patient-centered communication.
5. Assess care quality through feedback and performance metrics.
6. Participate in team meetings and projects to promote positive dynamics.
7. Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
8. Meet company and quality standards, and maintain licensure in multiple states as directed.

Who You Are

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced MSK training.
• Minimum 5 years of musculoskeletal care experience.
• Licensed and willing to obtain licensure in multiple states.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, compassionate, tech-savvy, and adaptable to telemedicine environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend, night shifts, and on-call rotations.
