Job summary

PMC Medical Staffing has a leading client seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an onsite health clinic in West Lafayette, Indiana. The role focuses on primary and occupational health for employees, with a patient-centered, team-based approach.

Schedule offers four 10-hour shifts Mon-Thurs or five 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri, with a Monday–Friday routine and no hospital call. Board-certified NP or PA with Indiana license preferred; DEA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified NP or PA.
• Active Indiana license or willingness to obtain Indiana licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
• BLS certification required.
• DEA license preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based protocols.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and wellness coaching.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR.
