Premise Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an onsite employee health clinic in Minnesota. The provider will offer primary and same-day care within an established clinical team, manage adult employee patients, and handle occupational health needs with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Ideal candidates hold an active NP or PA license, national certification, and BLS; prior experience in primary care or employee health is preferred.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a long-term coverage opportunity at an onsite employee health clinic located within a distribution center.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a combination of primary care, same-day care, employee health, and occupational medicine while maintaining a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
You’ll join an established and collaborative onsite clinical team that includes another Nurse Practitioner, two Registered Nurses, and one Licensed Practical Nurse.
Provide primary care services to an adult employee population
Evaluate and treat same-day and acute care needs
Assess common illnesses and minor injuries
Evaluate and manage minor work-related injuries
Support workers' compensation cases within the scope of the onsite clinic
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling
Identify conditions requiring referral to specialists, emergency departments, or outside healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the onsite NP and nursing team to ensure continuity of care
Follow established clinical protocols, safety standards, and employee health policies
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Long-term coverage opportunity
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
Current national NP or PA certification
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, or Employee Health strongly preferred
Comfortable independently evaluating and treating adult patients
Occupational injury and workers' compensation experience preferred
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within an established healthcare team
Long-term assignment
Approximately 2 patients per hour
Established onsite clinical support team
Combination of primary care and employee health
