Overview

QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Kohls clinic in Mamakating, NY. Work with a team that empowers you to empower your patients!

Schedule: 30hrs/wk

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
