Job summary

Green Key Resources recruits a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina for a growing medical dermatology practice. The role emphasizes medical dermatology with strong physician mentorship, opportunities for professional growth and long-term stability.

You will perform skin evaluations, diagnose a range of conditions, perform dermatologic procedures, and educate patients while maintaining EMR documentation in a compliant clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license required.
• Minimum of 1 year dermatology experience beyond clinical rotations.
• Strong procedural and clinical assessment skills.
• DCNP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and full-body skin exams.
• Diagnose and treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections and skin cancers.
• Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, lesion removal and wound care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on skin health.
• Collaborate with physicians for patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and full-body skin exams


• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, and skin cancers


• Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, lesion removal, and wound care


• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and disease prevention


• Collaborate closely with physicians to provide exceptional, patient-centered care


• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license


• Minimum of 1 year of dermatology experience required (beyond clinical rotations)


• Strong procedural and clinical assessment skills


• Dermatology certification (DCNP) is preferred or willingness to obtain certification within one year
